Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, the client is assisted in understanding and addressing emotions, thoughts and behaviours that lead to their individual difficulties in living.  Hypnotherapy enhances the work done and the skills learnt.

As an accredited practitioner Auricular Acupuncture is also offered for clients that wish to embrace the benefits.  Auricular Acupuncture 5-point protocol is used for detoxification from substance misuse, nevertheless it has health and relaxation benefits for everyone.
